PAYMENT: At present I will accept only PayPal or a credit card. I do send reminder emails, but if I haven't heard from you or received payment via Paypal in 3 days, the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted.
SHIPPING:***Currently, orders ship within 6 weeks, or in time to arrive for your required date, whichever is sooner. However, with the volume of upcoming orders I have due, any new orders needed by April 24th (Easter Weekend) will incur an additional $10 rush order fee. If you would like to order a hanger due within that time, please contact me to setup a custom listing.***
I will use the most cost effective manner - USPS, Priority or Flat Rate Priority. I package my items very well. I can add insurance if you'd like for an additional fee and it is recommended. I cannot refund for items damaged during shipment unless insurance was purchased. Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you contact me w/in 7 days of receiving your item(s) and only if listing was somehow inaccurate, postage to return the item will not be refunded.
